Sanding line for curved details 6B/CO/2B
The line is designed for sanding back and front legs of the chairs.
The line is using three types of grains on the sanding paper for each side of the details. All the aggregates are sanding longitudinal. The sanding process is controlling by position of the details into the line. The software of the machine is very flexible and precise aloud a lot of possibilities to obtain a good sanding. Each type of leg has own program and the manual pre set is minimized. The orbital machine of the line is with NC control and follows the shape and the angle of the legs.
