Line for intermediate sanding
The line is designed for sanding back and front legs of the chairs after the colored lacquering. The line is using one type of grains on the sanding paper for each side of the details.All the aggregates are sanding longitudinal. The sanding process is controlling by position of the details into the line. The software of the machine is very flexible and precise aloud a lot of possibilities to obtain a good sanding. Each type of leg has his own program and the manual pre set is minimized.The orbital machine of the line is with NC control and follow the shape and the angle of the legs.The copying of the curved shape of the details is using also NC control.The sanding roles are designed by us and they are one of the reasons to have a very good results on this line.
